  Have called twice regarding whether or not the company does surety bonds for notary publics in West Virginia. Each time, I have spoken to a secretary that told me she had no clue what services they offered and took my number to have an agent call me back who might handle those types of things. Over a week goes by with no response and I call back again and talk to the same secretary who acts like she has no record of my call since she takes my number again. She says the agent that may handle surety bonds is out of the office on personal business and she was going to track him down and if she could not, she would call me the following Monday since it was Friday when I called. That Monday came and went 2 days ago with no call. If you don't offer the services, it's not a big deal, just call me and let me know and I will find someone else. Completely ignoring me is rude and is costing me time and money.
